Bu topluluklar\u0131n hikayelerinin duyulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, Avrupa toplumlar\u0131nda uzun s\u00fcredir devam eden \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar sorununa da katk\u0131da bulunacakt\u0131r; bu \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar, en az\u0131ndan k\u0131smen, bask\u0131n k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri destekleyen ve isteyerek ya da istemeyerek \u00f6tekile\u015ftirilen k\u00fclt\u00fcrleri a\u015fa\u011f\u0131layan tek bir anlat\u0131ya maruz kalmaktan kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. DigiFolk&#8217;un nihai hedefi, ortak insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, kolektif AB k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kimli\u011fini \u00e7e\u015fitli halk hikayeleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla sergilemektir. University College Groningen (UCG) bir kamu liberal sanatlar kolejidir ve Groningen \u00dcniversitesi&#8217;nin fak\u00fcltelerinden biridir. Ya\u015fam, sosyal, do\u011fa ve m\u00fchendislik bilimlerinde geni\u015f bir yelpazeyi kapsayan 7 fak\u00fclte, 22 b\u00f6l\u00fcm ve 14 ara\u015ft\u0131rma birimi \/ merkezi bulunmaktad\u0131r. UCY, gen\u00e7 mezunlar ve ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar i\u00e7in K\u0131br\u0131s&#8217;taki en b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015fveren konumundad\u0131r. \u015eu anda d\u0131\u015f ara\u015ft\u0131rma fonlar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 750 gen\u00e7 bilim insan\u0131n\u0131 istihdam etmektedir.
